On October 30, 2017 the European Food Safety Authority’s (EFSA) Panel on Food Contact Materials, Enzymes, Flavourings and Processing Aids (CEF Panel) published the minutes of the twelfth meeting of its Working Group (WG) on BPA assessment protocol. The meeting was held on October 5-6, 2017 in Parma, Italy. The WG discussed the comments and proposals received for the revision of the protocol for the safety reevaluation of bisphenol A (BPA, CAS 80-05-7) with its experts. Further, the WG assigned specific tasks to its experts.
The next meeting of the WG is scheduled to be held on October 30, 2017 by phone conference.
