Albert Anguera Sempere
Data Scientist
Albert is the Data Scientist at the Food Packaging Forum. He is responsible for data processing and infrastructure, including database creation and management.
Dr. Birgit Geueke
Senior Scientific Manager
Birgit is the Senior Scientific Manager at the Food Packaging Forum and is deeply involved in investigating the chemical safety of packaging materials, including chemical migration and recycling. She leads scientific studies and develops the Food Packaging Forum’s scientific databases.
Dr. Etienne Cabane
Engagement director
Etienne is the Engagement Director at the Food Packaging Forum. He is responsible for creating and supporting opportunities for collaboration and engaging with stakeholders to ensure real impact. He also leads the ongoing development of the Understanding Packaging (UP) Scorecard.
Heike Mackenbach
Office Manager
Heike is the Office Manager at the Food Packaging Forum where she is responsible for internal administration. She is also involved in coordinating with project partners and organizing meetings and events.
Dr. Helene Wiesinger
Scientific Officer
Helene is the Scientific Officer at the Food Packaging Forum, where she leads research and communication efforts across the organization’s scientific projects, including developing and curating chemical databases.
Dr. Jane Muncke
Managing Director and Chief Scientific Officer
Jane is the Managing Director and Chief Scientific Officer at the Food Packaging Forum. She leads scientific research and outreach projects and collaborates with external stakeholders from academia, industry, public interest groups, and media. She also supports the Board in its strategic decision-making.
Joel Scheuchzer
Communications Officer
Joel is the Communications Officer at the Food Packaging Forum. He is responsible for public-facing communications, maintaining the Food Packaging Forum’s digital presence, and reporting on developments across the field.
Justin Boucher
Operations Director
Justin is the Operations Director at the Food Packaging Forum and is responsible for coordinating the use of resources and implementing the Forum’s strategy. He also works to develop effective public communications and science-policy outreach efforts.
Dr. Lisa Zimmermann
Scientific Communication Officer
Lisa is the Scientific Communication Officer at the Food Packaging Forum. She leads research and communication efforts across the Forum’s scientific projects, including developing and curating databases and writing news articles on the latest science.
Narain Ashta
Communications & Engagement Officer
Narain is the Communications and Engagement Officer at the Food Packaging Forum. He reports on scientific and regulatory developments related to food packaging and health. Through collaborative projects and trainings, he helps stakeholders learn about and use FPF’s many resources.
