Heike is an administrative professional with a strong interest in sustainability and robust organizational, planning, and structural skills. She completed a comprehensive commercial apprenticeship in Berlin, Germany, and has gained valuable experience in the corporate business world. Heike recently finished a Certified Advanced Studies (CAS) program for sustainable management at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) and also completed training as an Outdoor Guide with Planoalto. Outside work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and once hiked 1,200 kilometers from the south to the north of Germany.

As Office Manager for the Food Packaging Forum, Heike is responsible for accounting, personnel administration, office management, and organizing meetings and events. She also takes care of the office greenery—both indoors and outdoors—helping to maintain a fresh atmosphere and a thriving “green lung” for the team. Through her work, Heike hopes to ensure smooth administrative operations and a solid foundation for the remarkable scientific work at the Food Packaging Forum.
