On November 5, 2018, the non-governmental organization European Environmental Bureau (EEB) will hold its annual conference entitled “Getting to the Europe we want – Actions to accelerate the green transition.” The conference “will identify environmental priorities for the post-2020 period” and “is expected to deliver a strong message in the run-up to the 2019 European elections that the environment must be given higher priority during the next five-year cycle than during the present one.”
The program features, among others, a session on a “non-toxic circular economy,” addressing hazardous substances and the circular economy concept’s potential to reduce their impact on human health and the environment. Registration is now open.
