The scientific association Society of Toxicology (SOT) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) started a series of colloquia on “Emerging toxicological science challenges in food and ingredient safety” in 2014 (FPF reported). The final colloquium on “Contemporary issues in risk assessment” was held on June 17, 2015. Recordings and materials of all colloquia are available on the event website.
