Leading experts across various fields joining the panel of this event discussed how independent science, policy and research on endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) can be translated to support and ground international governance to tackle exposure to EDCs, both globally and locally. Aimed at furthering global awareness and action on endocrine-disrupting chemicals, this event also identified what measures can be taken to strengthen global governance of EDCs.
Speakers included scientists from the Food Packaging Forum and its foundation and scientific advisory board: Jane Muncke (Managing Director), Thomas Zoeller (Scientific Advisory Board member), Leo Trasande (Scientific Advisory Board member), and Martin Scheringer (Foundation Board president).
