FPF speaker spotlight: Jean-Pierre Cravedi

Dr. Jean-Pierre Cravedi of the French National Institute for Agricultural Research presents scientific results on mineral oils accumulating in body tissues and organs at Food Packaging Forum’s 2017 Workshop

On October 5, 2017, the Food Packaging Forum (FPF) held its fifth annual workshop in Zurich, Switzerland, focusing on “Scientific challenges in the risk assessment of food contact materials.

Dr. Jean-Pierre Cravedi, Director of Research at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA), Toulouse, France, reported on the contamination of food with mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) (FPF reported).
