On March 13, 2017, at 04:00 pm CET, the Food Packaging Forum (FPF) held a webinar on its new publication “Substances of very high concern in food contact materials: Migration and regulatory background” (FPF reported).
Dr. Birgit Geueke, author of the study and scientific officer at FPF, discussed the study’s background, the methodology and key findings. Guest speaker Dr. Michael Warhurst, executive director at the non-profit organization CHEM Trust, commented on the study’s implications for European chemicals policy.
Both talks were followed by an interactive Q&A session.
