On June 2, 2020, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is holding an online conference focused on safer chemicals. The event features a set of 14 video presentations spread across three sessions covering the themes of (i) safer chemicals for a greener Europe, (ii) tracking substances of concern, and (iii) harmonized information for poison centers. All of the recorded presentations and slides are available for download on the event’s page, and the agency is welcoming questions from the public on all of the topics covered. Presentations are being given by representatives from the European Commission, ECHA, IKEA, the European Union for Responsible Incineration and Treatment of Special Waste (EURITS), the Reckitt Benckiser Group, and the European Council of the Paint, Printing Ink and Artists’ Colours Industry (CEPE).
