On October 5, 2017, the Food Packaging Forum (FPF) held its fifth annual workshop in Zurich, Switzerland, focusing on “Scientific challenges in the risk assessment of food contact materials.”
Dr. Jane Muncke, Managing Director at FPF, Switzerland, moderated the workshop’s podium discussion where different views on how to ensure the safety of food contact materials in a global economy were exchanged (FPF reported).
